Overall Impressions
Hoo boy, where to begin... Time sure has flown by quickly, it's scary seeing how much work I have covered during the course. What surprised me was not the amount I have done but by how much I have improved. Seriously... I have learnt so much it bothers me, considering how I didn't progress very far in Art during 6th Form.

Keep it Real! Bandai Annouces New Grade
This certainly surprised me. I knew rumours were flying around about a new series of Gundam model kits but I never expected this. This July Bandai will release the first kit that bears the title of Real Grade (RG) and the have the scale 1/144. At first I thought this just meant Bandai were only planning to release a couple of over-glorified 1/144 High Grade kits but apparently the amount of detail in a Real Grade is close to that of Master and Perfect Grades. The kit that will be released in July will be none other than the RX-78-2 Gundam, though I'm eager to see what other models will bear the RG title (I'm certain that the next one will be a Zaku).

Spring's Anime Lineup - Signs of Reaching a Deadend...
The 'moe-blob' has come to haunt me again this spring eh?
Seeing that I haven't been chosen to have my formative assessments yet, I decided to go over something that I'm sure Mike will be pleased with (Mehehe...). It's only a few more days till the new series Spring has to offer air their first episodes. Out of the bunch, one particular series is beginning to annoy me as I am seeing a pattern emerging within the dark and evil realms of the current anime industry.

'Slick' Fighting Action
Super Street Fighter 4's final new character has been announced... his fighting style is so bizarre, yet so funny at the same time.
EDIT: Having surfed the web for a bit it turns out that Turkish oil wrestling really does exist, though Capcom over-exaggerated it through Hakan. Even so I have to tip my hat to Capcom for expanding on the available fighting styles that the Street Fighter series has to offer and for introducing an unfamiliar sport to the gaming mainstream.
